Job Title: Vice President, Asset Management

Join YWCA Metro Vancouver as we seek a seasoned leader to drive the strategic growth and development of our social enterprises.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our asset management team. As Vice President, Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of our social enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of our social enterprises
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to manage and optimize our assets, including our hotel, health and fitness centre, and childcare facilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, private sector, and community partners
  • Provide strategic leadership to achieve objectives and drive results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the social enterprise or non-profit sector
  • Proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and improvement in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and teams
