Job Title: Vice President, Asset Management

Join YWCA Metro Vancouver as we seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our social enterprise ventures and drive strategic growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President, Asset Management to lead our social enterprise ventures and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading an experienced management team operating our social enterprises, including Hotel and Health + Fitness and four childcare centers in Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of our social enterprises.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to set the strategic direction for the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including private and non-profit sector and government.
  • Lead research and development of business models, strategies and implementation plans.
  • Optimize processes, track and analyze performance and mitigate operating risks.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong understanding of social entrepreneurship principles, business modeling and impact measurement. You will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, launching and/or overseeing social enterprise ventures.

You will have exceptional inclusive people leadership skills, commitment to IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility) principles and advancing Truth and Reconciliation. You will be able to foster innovation, lead change, and respectfully collaborate across many diverse teams.
