Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to fund formation and private equity transactions.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers to ensure timely completion of projects.

Required Skills:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in investment funds and private equity.
  • Strong understanding of fund formation and private equity transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range:
