Director, Data Quality

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Data Quality to join our team at INNIO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic quality plan that aligns with INNIO's global quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of first-time product quality, productivity improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead improvement initiatives to ensure product compliance with engineering specifications throughout all phases of engine manufacturing, testing, and dispatch.
  • Collaborate with functional operations leaders to ensure timely resolution of product quality issues.
  • Represent INNIO on matters related to the quality system and identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control, with at least half of that time leading teams.
  • Well-versed in product Quality and Reliability methodologies like MTBF, FMEA, Causal Effects Analysis, 8D, 5 Whys, and more.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) - these are a big plus.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. If you've earned a master's degree in a related field, that's even better.
