The Opportunity: WSP is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Surveyor to join our Supply Chain Management team in the Greater Toronto Area. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Management, this position will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating supplier quality to ensure compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct on-site inspections and audits to assess supplier quality and performance
* Evaluate supplier documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address quality issues
* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, quality assurance)
* 3+ years of experience in supplier quality management
* Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
