Settlements Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlements Analyst to join our team in Toronto. As a Settlements Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth settlement of financial transactions, managing payment processing, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payment processing, including Swift MT103, amendments, and recalls
- Conduct thorough reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Engage with clients via phone and email to manage queries and maintain high service standards
- Demonstrate an understanding of FX and Canadian payment systems
- Build strong relationships within a small office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email
- Ability to work well under pressure
