- Reconciliation Tasks: Conduct thorough recaps, cash, and revenue reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone and email, providing exceptional service and support while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Manage Canadian Products: Demonstrate a deep understanding of PAD, its operation, benefits, and client desirability, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Payment Processing: Handle domestic Canadian payments, including Swift MT103, amendments, recalls, and adhere to strict cut-off times to ensure timely processing.
