Business Banking Advisor

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Advisor to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a Business Banking Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client experiences and driving business growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Provide expert advice on financial products and services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional sales and service environment, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Well-developed knowledge of business banking products and services, credit analysis, and credit risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
- Fluency in French and English to support business operations outside of Quebec, Canada.
