Banking Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients in Quebec City.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including investment, personal financing, and estate planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
- Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' needs.
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Mutual fund representative (MFR) licence - if not already held, must be obtained within three months of hiring.
- Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
