- Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive solutions for clients, referring them to specialists as needed.
- Adhere to compliance and risk management rules, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for clients.
