We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Super 8. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be willing to learn and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and timely bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with company policies
- Generate invoices for clients and maintain accurate records
- Perform financial calculations, including costing and budgeting
- Maintain organized filing and record systems
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
