Sr. Technical Program Manager, Finance Automation

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate with multiple organizational leaders spanning various functional domains to establish and execute strategic initiatives that enhance our security posture, align with industry best practices, and ensure compliance with software development life cycle (SDLC) standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement comprehensive cross-organizational IT Security, Best Practices, and SDLC Compliance programs that align with our business objectives and industry standards.
  2. Coordinate with organizational leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution across functional domains.
  3. Foster effective collaboration with multiple organizational leaders across a large enterprise, facilitating smooth program adoption and adherence.
  4. Align diverse stakeholder perspectives, harmonize discordant views, and build consensus through influence and effective communication.
  5. Create and maintain comprehensive wikis, technical guides, and documentation to provide engineering teams with clear and actionable guidance for implementing security best practices, compliance standards, and development life cycle processes.
  6. Establish robust metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various Security, Best Practices, and SDLC Compliance initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain stakeholder visibility through regular reporting, meetings, and presentations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  8. Author compelling technical proposals to secure sponsorship and support for the rollout of best practice initiatives across the organization.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging technical expertise and business acumen to build a compelling case for adoption.
  10. Establish office hours, knowledge-sharing sessions, and other support mechanisms to assist engineering teams in implementing best practice solutions effectively.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, empowering teams to adopt and adhere to security, best practices, and compliance standards.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
