Key Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and French. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on banking products and services.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French (reading and verbal)
  • 6 months+ of previous call centre or phone based customer service experience
  • Personal flexibility to work shift work, including weekends
  • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (1 day in office per week)

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work independently, proven time management, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional client service capability and confidence in engaging clients across multiple channels
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices with above average keyboarding skills, internet, computer navigation and strong multitasking ability
