Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Taco Time, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of employee performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, with regular standing, walking, and lifting required.
