About the Role

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate product launches and process updates to the team and customers.
  • Lead the development of employee training programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer service management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM software.
