Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
