We seek a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Integrated Power Services (IPS), where you will be empowered to make a meaningful impact.

With over 30,000 essential customer locations served, we help them avoid costly downtime and ensure mission-critical operations.

About the Role:

This role is a key contributor to our Service Center, providing efficient customer service for incoming orders and related paperwork. You will act as a technical resource to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction, while managing various customer and sales-related tasks, including order processing and handling complaints.

  • Provide timely and cost-effective completion of all customer service-related paperwork for incoming orders.
  • Act as a technical resource to resolve inquiries and problems.
  • Support outside sales organization and OEM partners with inquiries, quotes, vendor management, customer expectations for total satisfaction, and ownership of clients.
  • Responsible for order taking, processing, investigation, and resolution of customer complaints and coordination of customer service objectives with shop operations.
Key Qualifications and Competencies:

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Sharp analytical thinking and reasoning abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and take appropriate action.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented with sound problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain a high degree of organization.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to communicate technical data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Poses excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Prefer 5+ years of technical sales or customer service experience or similar experience.
  • Experience in motor repair or related industry.
  • Experience interpreting and understanding profit and loss statements.

Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
