Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed in a timely manner.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate coverage and expertise.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Coordinate and assign work to staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
