Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tulsi Enterprise Inc. - Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Establish work schedules and perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet the demands of a busy restaurant. You must be a team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work on site and meet the physical demands of the job.
