Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Shell Moosomin. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, apprentices, and other staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a smooth operation of the gas station.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the business.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a clean and organized store.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising data, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Financial Management: Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment
- Transportation: Public transportation not available
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
