Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Shell Moosomin. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, apprentices, and other staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers: Effectively allocate tasks and duties to ensure a smooth operation of the gas station.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the business.
- Order Merchandise: Manage inventory levels and place orders for merchandise as needed.
- Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising, and personnel matters to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the activities of workers and ensure a smooth operation of the gas station.
- Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
- 5-10 Years of Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or service industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and management.
- Client Focus: A customer-centric approach to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management to achieve business objectives.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Dependability: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent Written Communication: Strong written communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.

- Ability to Multitask: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
