Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Shell Moosomin. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage cash handling and inventory control, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our design team to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop our sales staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure their success.
- Monitor and control expenses, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
