Knix Wear Inc., a direct-to-consumer intimate apparel brand, is seeking an experienced Lead Performance Marketing Strategist to drive user growth and efficiency in North America and globally. The ideal candidate will lead a team of digital performance creatives, collaborate with paid media teams, and develop ad creative that converts.

About the Opportunity

This role involves:

  • Leading the internal performance creative team, comprising writers, designers, video editors, and photographers, and contributing to each campaign.
  • Developing a deep understanding of consumer target mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform strong creative development.
  • Understanding media channel objectives and goals to ensure optimal ad performance.
  • Measuring effectiveness of advertising and developing optimization strategies for improving performance by channel.
  • Partnering with the creative, integrated marketing, acquisition, retention, and e-commerce teams to develop inspiring, strategic, and effective communications briefs.
  • Inspiring, challenging, and motivating the team to develop consumer marketing communication.
  • Developing processes to ensure cross-functional collaboration and intra-marketing team success.
  • Leading the planning, organizing, and management of resources to successful completion.
Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 8+ years of agency and/or client-side consumer marketing experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end creative development for advertising assets, with the ability to effectively communicate creative concept ideas to designers, writers, and editors.
  • A passionate and obsessive focus on performance marketing.
  • A proficient understanding of performance marketing channels and user acquisition KPIs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
