Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As the first point of contact at our retail banking locations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, meeting their everyday banking needs, and resolving any concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively greet and engage clients upon entry, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience.
- Actively listen to understand client needs and take ownership of resolving concerns at the first point of contact.
- Assist clients with their immediate banking needs, using RBC's systems and digital platforms, while respecting their preferences.
- Engage in discovery conversations to understand client needs and provide personalized advice and solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of collective team success by identifying opportunities to introduce clients to RBC Partners for more complex needs.
- Champion digital enablement by educating clients on self-service options and leading with advice where possible.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.
