**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to focus on business development for metal fabricating equipment in the Central Ontario Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling industrial machinery with long sales cycles and be able to deliver results in a high-paced work environment.

Our client is one of Canada's leading distributors for metal fabricating equipment, serving various sectors including Steel Service Centres, Automotive, Agriculture, Construction, Mining, and Job shops. With a diverse range of products, our client offers innovative solutions to meet the needs of decision-makers across different industries.
**What You'll Do**
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth for metal fabricating equipment in the Central Ontario Region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including plant managers, production managers, purchasing departments, VPs/Owners, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize your expertise in selling industrial machinery to overcome objections and close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
**Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience in machinery/capital equipment sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing circumstances.
**What We Offer**

**Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
