Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Diabetes Education program, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of educational programs and materials for patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an Office Administrative program or equivalent experience.
  • Medical Terminology Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
