About the Role

This exciting opportunity as a Security Site Supervisor with Paladin Security offers a chance to take your career to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations at one of our major sites, ensuring that all aspects of site security are handled with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance.
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, building trust and confidence in our ability to deliver exceptional results.
  • Monitor and analyze site-specific data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong understanding of OH&S Acts, Codes, and Regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License and Standard First Aid/CPR certification.
