Job Overview

As a Food Service Worker Lead at Aramark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of food items, maintain inventory controls, and adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of food items for the day, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory controls, including ordering from preferred suppliers and managing stock levels.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including maintaining daily temperature logs and completing opening and closing station checklists.
  • Lead all aspects of food service operations, including advising employees working on the line to ensure timely and effective service of customers.
  • Perform tasks as requested by your manager on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Food service experience preferred.

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
