About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisition and equipment setup
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Prepare and review production reports, including cost estimates and material requirements
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in construction supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in a noisy environment
