We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team and drive new account development while nurturing existing client relationships. This role offers excellent opportunities for career advancement, with a clear path to management within two years.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of B2B sales experience, preferably with high-priced products, and exceptional listening and questioning skills. Strong prospecting and outreach abilities, including cold calling C-level executives and creating strategic marketing email campaigns, are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, targeting key decision-makers, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also have access to ongoing training and mentorship programs, as well as a comprehensive CRM system to manage your pipeline.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000, depending on performance, plus a monthly commission structure. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid holidays, and the opportunity to travel to 5-star destinations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive new account growth.
  • Nurture and develop existing client relationships through proactive communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline performance.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of winning sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with high-priced products.
  • Proven ability to prospect and engage C-level executives via cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Exceptional listening and questioning skills, with a strong understanding of emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.
  • Strong pipeline management skills, with the ability to research and organize complex data.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a hunter mentality, capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Compensation Package:

The total estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually, based on performance and commission structures.
