Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

No. 1 Vape Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail or supervisory role
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, team player, and ability to work in a permanent role with 40 hours per week
