Job Title: Vape Shop Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vape Shop Team Lead to join our team at No. 1 Vape Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
