Vape Shop Team Lead

No. 1 Vape Ltd. is seeking a skilled Vape Shop Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our vape shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales workers, hiring and training staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Client focus
  • Organized
  • Team player

Work Environment:
