Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at No. 1 Vape Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Sell merchandise and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Client focus and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
