Insurance Risk Manager

We're seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute client service plans to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to clients
- Develop and deliver proposals to clients that showcase Acera's unique approach to mitigating business risk
- Level 2 BC Broker License
- Minimum 5 years of insurance experience
- Working knowledge of insurance document management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
