Insurance Risk Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a Client Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, mentoring and coordinating administrative and marketing processes within your sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute client service plans to ensure commitments are tracked and reported in a unified and meaningful way to the client.
- Monitor client satisfaction through regular communication and relationship-building.
- Contribute to team meetings to ensure you are up-to-date on all pending client issues, changing needs, and implementing service plans.
- Field client communication and identify clients' insurance requirements.
- Create proposals for clients and prospective clients that demonstrate Acera's unique approach to mitigating business risk.
- Educate clients on their business risks and insurance coverage.
- Support processes and procedures, participate in team meetings, and advocate for changes and additions to service plans that increase value for clients.
- Support a climate in which teams want to do their best.
- Be adaptable to working effectively as a team or independently with the ability to adjust to tight and changing priorities and deadlines.
- Maximize efficiencies by leveraging technology, tools, resources, and information.
- Be a self-guided learner and solve problems with real solutions.
- Hold a Level 2 BC Broker License.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of insurance experience.
- Have a working knowledge of insurance document management software.
- Previous experience working in EPIC will be considered an asset.
- Be a skilled user of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
