About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a Client Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, mentoring and coordinating administrative and marketing processes within your sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client service plans, ensuring commitments are tracked and reported in a unified and meaningful way to the client.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through maintaining relationships and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to regular team meetings to ensure you are up to date on all pending client issues, changing needs, and implementing service plans.
  • Field client communication and identify clients' insurance requirements.
  • Create proposals for clients and prospective clients that demonstrate Acera's unique approach to mitigating business risk.
  • Educate clients on their business risks and insurance coverage.
  • Support processes and procedures, participate in team meetings, and advocate for changes and additions to service plans that increase value for clients.
Requirements
  • Support a climate in which teams want to do their best.
  • Be adaptable to working effectively as a team or independently with the ability to adjust to tight and changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Maximize efficiencies by leveraging technology, tools, resources, and information.
  • Be a self-guided learner and solve problems with real solutions.
  • Hold a Level 2 BC Broker License.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of insurance experience.
  • Have a working knowledge of insurance document management software.
  • Previous experience working in EPIC will be considered an asset.
  • Be a skilled user of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
