Transformative Role in Data Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Personal Banking & Commercial Banking Data Strategy team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and monitoring machine learning models and applications using cutting-edge tools and algorithms.

What You Will Do:
  • Design and develop advanced models using machine learning, AI, and statistics end-to-end, including feature engineering, model training, inference, production, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of big data, cloud technologies, and data transformation lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing (Quantitative Workstream), Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience applying machine learning to customer marketing.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning, including causal inference, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Bayesian inference, time series forecasting, propensity modeling, attrition modeling, attribution, segmentation, CLV, and behavioral analytics.
Preferred Skills:
  • Professional software development experience with Spark, Hadoop, AWS Cloud (SageMaker, S3, Redshift), GitHub, and SQL.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including relevant statistical, machine learning, and deep learning libraries (pandas, numpy, statsmodels, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. Benefits include a comprehensive total rewards program, bonuses, flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock options where applicable.
