Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the food service area.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.

Work Setting: Our café is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.
