Restaurant Operations Manager

At Church’s Texas Chicken, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

  • Heures de travail: 35 to 40 hours per week
