Project Manager

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our infrastructure management team, ensuring that all contract obligations are met in a cost-effective, safe, and efficient manner. Your primary focus will be on increasing revenues through organic growth, while maintaining a strong customer service culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to improve project outcomes.
- Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure management.
- Professional Engineering License (highly desired).
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional travel to project sites. The role will involve working with a diverse team of professionals, and will require strong communication and interpersonal skills.
