Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and conference calls, utilizing various software applications.">
  • Prepare and edit documents, such as correspondence, presentations, and reports, adhering to KPMG's branding guidelines.">
  • Proactively manage partners' calendars and contact databases, maximizing their time usage.">
  • Assist in the proposal process, working closely with the proposal team and coordinator.">
  • Support the preparation and submission of time and expense reports for partners.">

Requirements

">

We are looking for an individual with advanced skills in MS Office and Adobe products, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, along with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. A minimum of 5 years of administration experience is required, with a college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience being an asset.
