About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our security team at NATIONAL SECURITY GUARD PROTECTION SERVICES INC.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response Management: As the point of contact, you will handle emergency situations efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as requisition materials and supplies.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures.

  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
