Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and customer service capabilities, with a proven track record in security investigation across multiple platforms.

They will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and responding to security incidents for our managed security services customers and TELUS
  • Leveraging cutting-edge technology in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Developing into a fully competent security professional in areas of security operations, managed detection and response, incident response, risk management, and SIEM technologies

This role requires a collaborative and supportive team player who can work on a 24/7/365 rotating shift schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in security investigation across multiple platforms
  • Current knowledge of threat actor tactics and techniques
  • Practical experience with SIEM, Network Security, and Endpoint Technologies
  • Understanding of security frameworks (ISO27001, PCI, GDPR)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)
  • Post-secondary education in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Eligibility for Level II Security Clearance
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $66,000-$100,000, as well as a performance bonus of 10%.
