At The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada), we offer a wide range of capital markets products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients.

We are seeking a dedicated client service professional to join our team as a PIA Client Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialized administrative support to an Investment Advisor or team of Advisors on diverse assignments.

Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation and providing updates to IAs in preparation for client meetings, creating reports for analysis of client accounts, and communicating with customers to provide mentorship on products and services.

In addition, you will be responsible for identifying referral opportunities, accepting and creating leads, ensuring correct referral coding administration, submitting marketing pieces for approval, and maintaining marketing materials.

You will also be required to familiarize yourself with compliance requirements, including all aspects of new and existing account documentation and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
