Job Summary
CarePartners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in home and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care, household tasks, and medication management.
- Provide emotional support and promote independence for patients.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to special diets as required.
- Ensure a safe environment by demonstrating proper body mechanics and transfer techniques.
Requirements
- Valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, or equivalent.
- Current vulnerable sector check screening and a clear background check.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
