Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Expertise: Demonstrate a broad knowledge of finance, business management, and the local and global marketplace to provide relevant advice to our customers.
  • Client Service: Consistently and confidently fulfill our clients' everyday banking needs through connecting them to the right products, services, and partners.
  • Digital Solutions: Provide clients with access to self-service options, set them up on digital platforms whenever possible, and serve them through the channel of their choice.
  • Business Development: Translate annual business targets/metrics into actionable activities and routines in your day-to-day work.
  • Relationship Building: Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, identifying their strengths and uncovering opportunities to deepen banking relationships with ATB.
  • Community Engagement: Identify opportunities in the community that can improve ATB's presence and drive new business, and lead these initiatives during the absence of formal leaders.
  • Risk Management: Have a thorough understanding of Risk Management policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster discussions and collaborative efforts around best practices with your teammates, and integrate them into your day-to-day routines.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of banking practices, financial acumen, and regulations.
Accreditation
  • Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience and/or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in retail and business banking is considered an asset.
