We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Soccer Program Manager to join our team at New Frontier Soccer Academy Ltd. as a Sports Director.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services, providing technical and professional advice, and recruiting professional coaches and athletes.
In this role, you will also organize and administer national and provincial programs, manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization, and prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
You will be required to direct fundraising drives, arrange for sponsorships from public and private organizations, and negotiate business contracts.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is fast-paced, and you must be able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player who values and upholds strong ethics.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Your working hours will be between 32 to 40 hours per week, and you will be working in an English-speaking environment.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
