Job Description

As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Electrochemical Systems, you will lead the transition of electrochemical technology from lab-scale trials to pilot projects and commercial production.

You will work closely with clients to align product specifications with market demands and oversee pilot program execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design, technology scale-up, and project delivery in electrochemical systems.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in leading technical teams and managing hiring processes.

You will also have strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements for technical operations is essential.

In this role, you will collaborate with executives to define project goals, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Process, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in engineering design, technology scale-up, and project delivery in electrochemical systems.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage hiring processes.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements for technical operations.
