About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M&A Business Development Analyst to join our team at Valsoft. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading the fact-finding due-diligence mission of our M&A target companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of target companies to identify potential opportunities for acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment partners, management teams, and other relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the strategic fit and financial viability of potential acquisitions.
  • Prepare and present detailed due-diligence reports to investment partners and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
